Learning "The Scramble Lesson" Early

Samuel's pregnancy has already taught us a lot about the unpredictability of having kids! First, our move to Las Vegas during the second trimester left us scrambling to get insurance set up and find a new doctor. Then with Samuel's unexpected early arrival, we had to quickly pull a few baby things out of storage once we got home from the hospital. However, we've learned that babies really don't need too much equipment to survive and thrive. And we are learning that having him around is so much more fun when we don't stress out about unimportant details. I have a feeling we'll need to remember that as he gets bigger and really starts to keep us on our toes!
