Conviction
Earlier this week, I read this blog post (scroll down past the pink box) as dawn was approaching after a particularly difficult night with Isaiah. Oh, Lord, what a sinner am I. Forgive me for my ungratefulness. Thank you for giving me the privilege of being Mommy to these children, even when I complain about it. And thank you for reminding me how much I need your grace.

After almost 33 years, we still have sleepless nights. When you have kids and grandkids it happens. We wake to the dawn knowing that God still has the whole world in His hands, especially through the night. The most memorable dawns have been following the hardest nights.
