We spent Thanksgiving visiting family in California. First, we spent the night at my Grandma Janzen's house in Reedley, before heading to my sister's house in Yuba City. At Grandma's house we got to see Vernon and Genevieve again. Also, Grandma fed us lots of good food, including Steve's favorite, taco soup. Finally, we found out that Sam's new favorite place to sleep is on his Great-Grandma's lap. When Sam was fussy, Grandma picked him up and he fell right to sleep each time! That makes sense, because it was my favorite place to sleep when I was little, too.
