At the beginning of July, three weeks after our last visit to California, Sam and I were back again for a short visit with Goertzens, then a longer visit farther north with Great Grandma Janzen. Oh, what fun we had! Grandma let me look through all of her photo albums and scan copies of pictures (I'll post some of those soon). Sam felt right at home at Great Grandma's house, catching up on some much-needed sleep, and looking out the windows at the exciting neighborhood outside. While we were there, (great) uncle Vernon and aunt Genevieve came over for dinner and we had a great time visiting.
