EGGN 466: Construction Site Engineering, or "Why the Fullams don't have a working toilet"

Back during my undergraduate days in civil engineering at the Colorado School of Mines, my favorite class was EGGN 466: Construction Site Engineering.  We spent a lot of time on project scheduling, up to our eyeballs in Gantt charts identifying critical chains ("Activity K must come before Activity L...").  Ah, those college days came back with a rush last night at 3am (or was I hallucinating?) as I was painting our toilet room thinking "we've had tile for a week now, but still no toilet?"  Of course, after the tile (and sealing it) must come a new braided toilet inflow valve, then painting and baseboards, at least in the area impossible to reach once the toilet is in.  THEN we'll get our toilet back.  Reminds me of the rocking toilet in our Cedar Park house that snowballed into a complete master bathroom renovation.  After not only a new toilet flange, but also a new inflow valve, wallpaper removal, fresh paint (the WHOLE bathroom), and shower recaulking, we had a bathroom we loved!
