Saturday, November 13th the entire family got to go out to Nellis Air Force Base and see the air show! Totally free event and everyone had a blast. The week before, Sam was able to get several books from the library about airplanes and helicopters so he was excited for the air show. We got to see fighter jets, parachutists, and lots of airplanes and helicopters.
Here is Sam at the controls of a Coast Guard search and rescue helicopter (making Grandpa Fullam proud!).
And here he is getting strapped in for take-off!
If you ask Sam, he would probably tell you he had the most fun riding the bus to and from the parking lot. It was his first chance to ride on a bus!
