Did I just get tagged?

I just saw Erin F.'s post about playing photo-tag.  Did I just get picked?  I feel like I won a prize--ha!  Rules are: 

1. Choose the 4th folder where I store my pictures on the computer. 

2. Select the 4th picture in the folder. 

3. Explain the picture. 

4. Tag 4 people to do the same. 

5. No cheating (cropping, editing, etc.)

You've all seen this picture before (does that make my tag a dud?) from when our friend Tammy came to visit us in Las Vegas.  It reminds me what a treat it is to see old friends.  We met for breakfast in a casino restaurant (so many restaurants here are inside casinos), and we laughed at Sam because his eyes were so big staring at all the flashing lights.
